CAT'S CLAW


Uncaria tomentosa

Cat’s claw is a woody vine that grows in tropical jungle ecosystems along the Amazon rainforest, principally in Peru. This plant, can reach up to 15 meters of height.

Native people around the Amazon area know this plant very well because it treats a wide range of affections and diseases. Nowadays the uses and benefits are known more and more around the world. Consuming cat’s claw reinforces the immunologic system, which also helps with several viral and mycotic infecctions. Likewise, it also cleanses that digestive system and alleviates ulcers and stomach or intestine malfunctions.
