Producers of amazonian oils

In the most remote areas of the Amazon region, in northern Peru, we work with indigenous producers engaged in the harvesting of fruits of Amazonian palm trees as the aguaje (also know as buriti), the ungurahui, the huicungo and extraction of oil from these fruits. These activities are strictly related to the conservation of the Amazon forests, because they are work without cutting down the palm trees but climbing on them with the help of special harnesses. Thanks to our sustainable development projects for oil extraction of amazon fruits, we have been able to assist in the organizational and productive part of communities in the Peruvian jungle following the standards of organic certification.
